State of the market: optimism growth slowed down on correction

At the opening of trading on Wednesday, the market shows a restrained correction against the American dollar, which previously showed a noticeable strengthening on the growth of optimism and positive US data. In addition to the technical correction, the reason for the decrease in optimism is the negative dynamics of China’s stock indices, which can also move to European stock exchanges. The main driver for optimism remains the high probability of signing a trade agreement between the United States and China.

From the start of the day, the US dollar index has been trading down for correction after growth and rebound from the level of 98.00, actually being limited to the trading channel from 98.00 to 97.80. The downward correction for the dollar may be reinforced by a more significant increase in pessimism.
