State of the market: the American dollar is corrected in flat
The European session was held under the mood of correction of positions after the growth of the American dollar on the eve, but there was no significant decrease for the dollar. The reason for the limited decline of the American dollar was the decline in commodity currencies and the collapse in the value of gold, following the yield of the state US bonds, which may indicate a general strengthening of optimism in the market.
On the other hand, the negative dynamics of the stock indices indicates the opposite, namely, the growing fears of a strong dollar against the background of trade confrontation. And, as a result, the market continues to slightly storm from yesterday’s trading on the background of profit taking before the weekend.
The US dollar index is prone to correction, but is clamped in the range from 94.50-60 to 95.00-20. In which, probably, will close a week.
