The Swiss National Bank left the discount rate at the level of -0.75%

As expected, the Swiss National Bank didn’t change the discount rate and left it at the level of -0.75%. At the same time, this decision was perceived by the market as already a proper state of things, against which the Swiss franc continues to show quite restrained dynamics against the US dollar.

Technical analysis: the pair maintains an uptrend in the short-term, while in the last two sessions it has twice tested the support line for the ascending channel on H1. The nearest support level is at 0.9420, if the price is below this level, I expect the pair USD / CHF to fall further to 0.9380, 0.9355. The main resistance levels are considered in the marks of 0.9490, 0.9530.
