FOCUS OF THE WEEK!

Toward the end of the year, the saturation of the economic calendar grows with a geometrical progression and this week is proof of it . Next week, the market will expect data on GDP, inflation and the results of meetings of the Central Bank, and this is all throughout the week.
The opening of the week is expected to be very volatile for the euro and this is not only due to the publication of an inflation report in the eurozone. After Saturday’s speech of the ECB President Draghi gaps on the euro may be formed. On Tuesday, market attention will shift to the results of the RBA meeting and statistics for Germany and the United States, which will support the volatile opening of the week.
On Wednesday, the economic calendar will reach a peak of saturation due to the publication of an inflation data in the UK and Canada. But the main focus of the market will be on the results of the Fed meeting, which will be the main event of the day and week. From the January meeting of the US Federal Reserve an interest rates hikes and hints on further US monetary policy are expected.
On Thursday, data on New Zealand’s GDP will be announced and the meetings results of the Central Banks of Japan and the United Kingdom will be published, which will maintain a high level of market volatility. Closing the week will also be rich in data on the GDP of the UK, USA and Canada. At the saturation of the economic calendar and the end of the week there are possible multidirectional fluctuations in the market.
The corporate reporting calendar is slightly saturated. At the same time, stock indices will remain in the power of general sentiment.
