FOCUS OF THE WEEK!
Dear traders,
Next week is full of significant statistics on GDP, inflation and retail sales. Also this week, China is returning from a long weekend.
- On Monday, market attention will be focused on data for the UK: GDP and manufacturing production, which will have a significant impact on the British pound.
- Tuesday is full of data for Australia and New Zealand. Thus, the RBNZ will publish the results of the meeting.
- On Wednesday, market attention will shift to inflation data in the UK and the USA.
- On Thursday, statistics on GDP in Japan and the eurozone, as well as data on producer prices in the United States are worth highlighting.
- On Friday retail sales in the UK and the USA will be published.
From the corporate reporting it is wirth noting the reports of the following companies: Cisco (CSCO) and Coca-Cola (KO).
The main fundamental factors are centered around the US – China trade confrontation, which will delay until March. Regarding Brexit, there is also no clear plan, but there are rumours that the UK and the EU continue negotiations. (Anton Hanzenko)
