Employment data in Germany

• German unemployment change (November),  fact -16K,  forecast -10K.
• German unemployment rate (November), fact 5.0%, forecast 5.1%.

An employment report in Germany turned out to be very positive, where an unemployment data fell to historic lows.

At the same time, the euro was mainly supported by the reduction of the pound and the strengthening of the cross-rate EUR/GBP, caused by the possibility of extending the transition period for Brexit. As a result, negotiations on the UK exit from the EU are likely to come to another deadlock, which could also limit the euro and resume risks in the market.
