Analysis of the past day

On Thursday, March 22, the US dollar moved into the correction phase after the disappointing US Federal Reserve protocol. The correction of the American, in addition to its oversold, was caused by weak data on business activity in the euro area. Also, the British pound fell under the pressure of correction, despite the possibility of raising rates in the future.

Stock markets on Thursday remain under pressure due to the correction of positions and the growing negative on the stock markets (Nikkei 225 + 0.99, DAX -2.00, FTSE 100 -1.50, Dow 30 -1.50). Along with the stock exchanges, raw materials, in particular oil, also is under pressure, which was also caused by the recovery of the American.

With a technical correction, the US dollar managed to recover significantly against its main competitors. But the recovery of the American is also limited by the lack of a fundamental foundation and significant levels of resistance: 89.90 and 90.00.
