The ECB meeting minutes

According to the results of the ECB March meeting, the key key interest rates remained unchanged. At the same time, the ECB announced a new lending phase for a period of two years. It caused a surge in euro sales. More details about this decision will be discussed at the press conference of the ECB President M. Draghi, which will be held at 15:30 in Kiev.

The EUR/USD pair actually had a restraint reaction on the ECB data, returning to the restrained dynamics and updating the last two weeks lows, but continuing to be limited by the sideways trend. The expected trading range before the Draghi’s speech is from 1.1330 to 1.1270.
