Market focus

On Thursday, 21.02.2019, the economic calendar will be filled with news due to the publication of data on business activity (PMI) in the Eurozone and the USA. The data, in turn, will set the mood in the market, along with Brexit negotiations and trade agreements.

Separately, it is worth highlighting the employment report in Australia, which is expected to be restrainedly negative. In the European session, the market will focus on the ECB protocol, from which nothing special is expected.

In the American session, market attention will shift to data on orders for durable goods, real estate sales in the secondary market and oil inventories in the United States. Data on durable goods and the real estate market in the United States are expected to be positive.
