The state of the Asian market: the market at the opening level of the week

Trades on Tuesday remain sluggish after a multidirectional movement on Monday, according to which most of the major currency pairs remained at the opening level of the week (Analysis of the previous day). Trading on the stock markets also remain low-key and multidirectional.

The persistence of fears is caused by the data from the United States. The market focused on the results of the US Senate’s vote on tax reform and confirmation of the candidacy of the new president of Fed, Powell.

Thus, the risks relative to the US currency remain significant. The dynamics of the dollar index is trading at 92.800, fully recovering from the decline on Monday. At the moment, the American managed to find support at around 92.400. But the overall dynamics of the dollar index continues to be downward and is limited by resistance levels: 93,000 and 93,400.
