State of the market: the market in anticipation of new tariffs launch in US-China trade relations
From the start of the day, the stock exchanges in the Asia-Pacific region have traded well below zero, due to the expectation of new US duties on Chinese goods, which will come into effect on July 6. In response, China said it would take retaliatory measures against American goods. As a result, the market expects a new round of trade confrontation, which has a negative impact on the stock exchanges already.
The US dollar index at the beginning of the day is trading at the opening day level, thereby limiting the trading range of the environment. But it is also worth noting that the dynamics of the American dollar remains descending and is limited to the levels: 91.40 and 94.20, while remaining near the lower boundary of the general upward channel.
