State of the Market: the market starts a new week

Trades on Monday opened with the preservation of the low-key dynamics of Friday, as indicated by the relative quiet start of trading in the Asia-Pacific session. The reason for the restraint of the market is the mixed closure of Wall Street and a day off in Japan and China.

Commodities from the beginning of the day remain under pressure of correction after growth on Friday and low activity. At the same time, the European stock markets opened above zero, maintaining a common optimism.

The US dollar index remains near the lows of Friday, thereby maintaining an upward trend. Previous support for the American was provided by a decline in the yield of 10-year-old US state bonds, which reduced pressure on stock exchanges. At the same time, the US currency continues to retain the potential to strengthen against its main competitors in maintaining optimism and reducing geopolitical risks.
