Market focus

On Wednesday, 17.10.2018, the day is full of events, especially,  inflation data. The focus of the market in the European session will be focused on consumer prices in the UK and the Eurozone. If  expectations about eurozone figures remain quite modest, then the forecasts for the UK are ambiguous. September’s inflation report in the UK is expected to lower this indicator, which at the same time maintains an upward trend, and looking at the dynamics of the pound, these figures are probably underestimated.

In the American session, the market will expect data on the construction of new homes in the United States, forecasts for which remain very positive. This segment of the US economy can support the American dollar.
