FOCUS OF THE WEEK!
Dear traders,
The upcoming week will be fully devoted to the ECB and the Fed meetings, which will be held on Wednesday. During the week, low-key data will be released, which will affect national currencies.
On Monday, it is worth to highlight a restrained statistics on Japan, Germany, Canada and the United States. At the same time, published data will have a limited impact on the market. On Tuesday, market attention will shift to the US data, namely, to open vacancies.
On Wednesday, the economic calendar will reach maximum saturation with news for the week. In the first half of the day is expected to publish data on the UK GDP, which is expected to slow down the economy. After it will be the publication of the ECB meeting results and the press conference of M. Draghi, who are expected to maintain soft rhetoric about the monetary policy of the eurozone. In the US session, there are data on the US inflation and the US Federal Reserve meeting minutes .
On Thursday, there will be an inflation data in China and Germany. At the close of the week on Friday data on China’s trade balance and prices for exports and imports to the United States will be published.
The corporate reporting calendar remains empty for this week.
With the opening of trading on Monday the Friday employment report and general market sentiment will continue to have an impact on the market against the background of a very empty economic calendar. The main fundamental factors remain the US-China trade negotiations and the Brexit deal.
