FOCUS OF THE WEEK!
Dear traders,
The first full week of November promises to be full of meetings of the world Central Bank and statistics on business activity.
The start of the week will be entirely devoted to data on business activity in the UK and the USA, which, in turn, will set the mood at the beginning of the week against the background of employment data in the USA.
On Tuesday, the focus will be on the RBA meeting results and employment in New Zealand. In this case, data on business activity in the services sector of the eurozone will make up the bulk of the news on this day.
On Wednesday, the market expects a small amount of data, among which it is worth highlighting the second half of the day. All attention will be on data on business activity in Canada, US oil inventories and on the RBNZ meeting results.
On Thursday, the day is full of data on China’s trade balance, unemployment in Switzerland and Germany’s trade balance. The focus of the market will be on the US Federal Reserve meeting results. It can be called the main event of this week.
On Friday, all the market’s attention will be focused on inflation in China and UK GDP data, which in fact will close the week.
The stock market remains at the mercy of corporate reporting, which, in turn, will continue to set the mood in stock markets.
From fundamental factors, it is worth highlighting the progress on Brexit negotiations, which by various indicators reached the finish line, and statements about a decrease in the United States and China trade tension. It may become a new main market driver in the near future. (Anton Hanzenko)
