Analysis of the American Trading Session

During the American session on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, the US dollar showed mixed dynamics, but still strengthened against most of the major market currencies.

The Canadian dollar fell against the US dollar in the US trading. The main pressure on the Canadian currency was provided by the results of the meeting of the Bank of Canada, where it was decided to keep the discount rate unchanged at 1.25%.
