The US dollar has tempered the ardor

The US dollar eased its pressure on the main competitors, while losing some of the positions it earned in the course of Thursday’s trading. Basically, this decline in the US currency was due to technical factors and partial fixation of profits on long positions of the US currency. A deterrent factor for the further decline of the US currency may be positive data on applications for unemployment benefits, the number of which was 221,00 thousand, against the previous value of 230,00 thousand.

Technical analysis: The pair EUR / USD has restored its position to the level of opening trades on Thursday.

• The main resistance levels are considered at the marks 1.2330, 1.2365.
• The main support levels are 1,2210, 1,2180.
