The US dollar continues to recover against the currency basket, receiving support from positive construction data in the United States.

• According to published data, construction permits amounted to 1.354 million, exceeding the previous value of 1.321 million barrels,
• The volume of construction of new houses increased to 1.319 million, against the previous value of 1.236 million.

The US dollar index continues to recover positions, after reaching the low of April to the level of 89.23, during the Asian trade.
