Interest rate decision of the Bank of England will be published at 14:00 Kiev time. Probably, it will remain at the same level of 0.75%, especially after the increase in August. At the same time, the UK Central Bank may tighten rhetoric and forecasts on reducing risks relative to Brexit, and it will affect positively the British pound.
The British pound is overbought now due to marked increase in optimism on the comments of the main negotiator from the EU Barne. As a result, even a slight doubt in the tone of the Bank of England can provoke a wave of correction for the British pound!
Interest rate decision of the ECB will be published at 14:45. Consistently restrain rhetoric and preserve super soft monetary policy is expected also. Some of the risks may decrease due to the progress of negotiations on Brexit, but against the backdrop of problems in emerging markets, hawkish statements from the ECB should not be expected.
