New home sales in the US slowed unexpectedly  in January, returning to the minimum values ​​of the current year. The overall dynamics of the real estate market remains ascending, despite attempts to slow down.

In general the dynamics of the US dollar and the market remains restrained on expectations for the UK data. Growth of the American dollar  can be traced against commodity currencies, due to increased risks. The overall dynamics of the American dollar continues to show moderate growth on the correction, but is limited to the downward trend.
