The speech of the US Fed Chairman Powell was fully devoted to the risks and conduct a stress test aimed at combating risks. So, the head of the Fed spoke about the need for sustainable functioning of the US banking sector in the long term. And for this, the Fed is open to a broad discussion with the goal of banks being ready for both expected risks and unexpected ones.
Despite the very significant statements about the openness and focus of the Fed on sustainable work, the actual market reaction to these statements was not followed.
