Focus of traded news on Erste News

During the week from June 10 to 14, a significant amount of news traded on Erste News is expected.

Amid a slowdown in the UK economy, expectations regarding wages remain weak. At the same time, general forecasts for the UK employment report turned out to be multidirectional. In the context of ambiguous indicators of employment in the UK, the overall dynamics of the British, is likely to remain downward on political risks.

On Wednesday, June 12, the US Consumer Price Index (CPI) is worth highlighting with traded news. It is expected to have moderate positive dynamics, which will strengthen the position of the US dollar. But it should be remembered about the overall downward dynamics of the American dollar. Therefore, positive inflation data in the United States will be limited to the expectation of  the Fed rates cut.

On Thursday, June 13, at 04:30, employment data in Australia will be released, expectations for which remain multidirectional. So, from the level of employment changes are expected to further decline. At the same time, the unemployment rate remains near multi-year lows.

On Friday, June 14, at 15:30, there will be data on retail sales in the United States, expectations for which remain very positive. This indicator remains ahead and reflects the state of the inflation rate and may affect the CPI data in the US, published on Wednesday.
