FOCUS OF THE WEEK!

The opening of the week will be full of statistics, despite the day off in Australia, Switzerland and Germany. On Monday, the market’s main focus will be on GDP data from Japan and the UK. Special attention should be paid to the UK data block: GDP, manufacturing production and employment change.
Tuesday will continue to focus on the UK data, on the UK employment report, which is expected to slow down the UK labor market. In the American session, there are data on producer prices in the United States.
On Wednesday, the market will focus on the speech of the ECB President Draghi. Publication of data on inflation in the United States, from which we can expect a significant impact on the US currency through the impact on the probability of lowering the Fed rates. The report on US oil reserves has a significant impact on the oil market.
On Thursday, employment data in Australia and the results of the meeting of the Central Bank of Switzerland are worth highlighting. On Friday at the close of the week, market attention will shift to production in China and retail sales in the United States. U.S. data can have a significant impact on the American dollar, pointing to the level of inflation and affecting the likelihood of lower rates in the United States.
The corporate reporting calendar for the week will be almost empty; a small number of reports will be released.
