The secondary housing market in the US in April slowed more significantly than expected. This is actually a negative factor for the real estate market. At the same time, the number of houses corresponds to the annual value, and the percentage value is highly expected after the March growth.

Published data did not actually affect the dynamics of the US dollar. The dynamics of the stock market is the main drivers of the market. Increased optimism strengthens the American dollar against safe-haven currencies. This may be limited by American dollar overbought. Support levels: 98.00 and 97.90, resistance: 98.20 and 98.30.
