ALREADY IN AN HOUR: Inflation data in the euro area!
Dear traders,
In an hour, at 12:00 (Kiyv), there will be data on inflation in the euro area for May!
According to the consensus forecast, consumer prices are expected to grow by 1.6% in May after rising by 1.2% in April.
Perhaps more important will be the core inflation rate, which does not include energy and food prices. According to forecasts, core inflation will slightly accelerate to 1.0%, compared with 0.7% in the previous month.
The next ECB meeting is scheduled for June 14. (Investing.com)
