On Monday, August 20, a small amount of news will be released.

• At 09:00 – producer price index (PPI) of Germany (m / m) (July).
• At 18:00 – speach of Bostic, a member of the FOMC will be held.

On Tuesday, August 21, the day promises to be more eventful due to data on Australia, Britain and the US. Also on this day, the OPEC meeting is expected.

• At 04:30 – minutes of the  RBA meeting on the monetary policy will be published.
• At 13:00 – index of industrial orders (CBI) (Aug) of Great Britain.
• At 15:30 – volume of wholesale sales (m / m) (June) in Canada.
• At 23:30 – weekly stocks of crude oil according to the American Petroleum Institute (API) in the United States.

On Wednesday, August 22, the day is saturated with data on retail sales, but the main focus of the market will be directed to the publication of the FOMC protocol.

• At 01:45 – data on retail sales (q / q) in New Zealand.
• At 04:30 – dompleted construction work (q / q) (Q2) In Australia.
• At 15:30 – core retail sales index (m / m) (June) and retail sales (m / m) (June) in Canada.
• At 17:00 – exsisting home sales  (m / m) in the US.
• At 17:30 – crude oil inventories in the US.
• At 21:00 – publication of the FOMC protocols.

On Thursday, August 23, the day is saturated with data on business activity in the euro area and the US. Also  this day the publication of the ECB meeting minutes on monetary policy is expected.

• At 09:00 – consumer climate index of Germany (Gfk) (Sept).
• At 10:30  – index of business activity in the manufacturing sector (PMI) of Germany (Aug).
• At 11:00 –  index of business activity in the manufacturing sector (PMI) (Aug) of the eurozone.
• At 14:30 –  minutes of the ECB meeting on monetary policy will be published.
• At 15:30 –  initial  jobless claims in the US.
• At 16:45 –  index of business activity in the manufacturing sector (PMI) (Aug) in the United States.
• At 17:00 –  new home sales (July) in the US.

On Friday, August 24, the market will be focused on data on Japan, Germany and the United States.

• At 01:45 – trade balance (m / m) (July) of New Zealand.
• At 02:30 – nationwide core consumer price index (CPI) (y / y) (July) of Japan.
• At 09:00 – GDP of Germany (q / q) (Q2).
• At 11:30 –  gross mortgage approvals in the UK.
• At 15:30 – core durable goods orders (m / m) (July) in the US.
• At 20:00 –  number of oil rigs from Baker Hughes.
