Analysis of the past day

On Tuesday, March 20, the US dollar index managed to recover significantly against the basket of major currencies, thereby fully recovering from yesterday’s decline. The American recovery was caused by the weakening of the pound on weak data on inflation in the UK.

Stock markets on Tuesday were supported by the growth of optimism and strengthening of the American (Nikkei 225 -0.47, DAX + 0.60, FTSE 100 +0.40, Dow 30 +0.00).

Despite the recovery of the American and stock indices, the market is waiting for the next meeting of the US Federal Reserve, which will mainly force investors to wait until this news and, as a result, reduce activity in the market.
