“At the beginning of the day, the focus of the market will be on Japan’s GDP data, which, after a prolonged sale of the yen, may serve as an excuse for correction, especially given optimistic forecasts for Japan’s GDP.”
Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is a general indicator of economic activity and is a key indicator of the health of the economy. Quarterly dynamics of percent of GDP shows the growth rate of the economy as a whole.
Indicators higher than expected, are considered as positive / bullish direction JPY, and indicators below expected indicate a negative / bearish market for JPY.
