In addition to the fact that the US Federal Reserve is expected to slow down the rate hike this year, the US Federal Reserve may already reduce its balance sheet this year, which has already decreased by $ 0.4 trillion. Further depreciation of the Fed’s balance is not limited and may cause additional pressure on the US dollar.
From the start of the day, the US dollar index has accelerated the decline in pessimistic expectations for the upcoming results of the US Federal Reserve meeting. The US dollar index fixed below 95.80, opening the way to the support of 95.80, indicating the formation of a rapid downtrend.
