The leading analyst of Ester A. Sivtsov writes:
“This indicator measures the annual level of existing residential buildings that were sold during the past month. The indicator provides an opportunity to analyze the US housing market, as well as the costs of the population and the economy as a whole.
According to the forecast, the sales volume in October will grow to the level of 5.42M, against 5.39M in the previous month, which will provide some support to the US currency. In the case of data released with a more significant deviation, one should expect the US dollar to move within 30-40 points against competitors.”
