State of the market

Despite the very positive dynamics of the European stock indices and the growth of the US Treasurys, the growth of the US currency and other world currencies remains limited to recent extremes. Restraint of the market is caused by the lack of significant news and drivers to the movement. In addition, the main currency pairs remain near significant levels of support and resistance, what limit the movement. Therefore, most currency pairs remain trading within the previous trading days.

Also, given the restraint of trades and corrective drawdowns of stock indices earlier, from the start of American sites one can expect some uncertainty. Ideally, the US stock markets are expected to continue positive sentiment that will be transferred from Europe. Given yesterday’s negative closing of Wall Street and the weak growth of European indices, a repeat of yesterday’s market movement pattern is possible.
