The state of the Asian market: the New Zealander receives support in calm trading

The new week opened with very calm trading, given the mixed report on employment in the US, which came out last week. As a result, the index of the US currency against the basket of major competitors is noticeably weakened and approached the Thursday level of the last week. The new week opened with restrained dynamics of the American, which is also limited by the expectation of an increase in the rates of the US Federal Reserve.

Noticeable movement in the Asian-Pacific session was demonstrated by the New Zealand dollar, which strengthened based on data on the appointment of the new Governor of the RBNZ Adrian Orr. As a result, the NZD/USD pair has significantly strengthened due to the reduction of fears and uncertainties regarding the candidacy of the new Governor of the RBNZ. Also, against the background of risk reduction, the New Zealander can receive further support. But at the same time the pair NZD/USD is limited to sideways trend within 0.6820-00 and 0.6930-50.
