Market focus

On Thursday, 06.06.2019, the economic calendar will be saturated with data that will shift to European and American trading sessions.

At the start of the day in the Asian session, only the publication of Australia’s trade balance is expected from significant statistics.

At European session the speeches Governors of the Bank of Japan and the UK are expected. But the focus of the market this day will be on data for the euro area, eurozone GDP and later on the ECB meeting results. Despite restrained expectations, which are expected to preserve monetary policy, the dynamics of the euro will largely depend on the rhetoric of the ECB.

In the US trading session, market attention will shift to the US data: the trade balance and labor productivity. But the focus of the market will be on the ECB press conference.
