FOCUS OF THE WEEK!

The beginning of December promises to be eventful thanks to the publication of meaningful statistics. Also at the start of the week it is expected a very volatile opening of the week caused by the G20 summit.
On Monday, the market will be fully at the mercy of the G20 summit and manufacturing activity data (PMI), which will be released in China, the eurozone, the UK and the USA.
On Tuesday the RBA meeting minutes and the UK data will be the main market’s focus.
Wednesday is full of statistics on Australia’s GDP, the US business activity, Canadian interest rates and the speech of the US Federal Reserve Chairman.
On Thursday, the saturation of the economic calendar will decrease and data for Australia, USA and Canada will be published.
On Friday, the main event of the day and week will be the publication of an employment data in the United States. Expectations regarding employment in the United States remain very restrained, and they will not affect the possibility of raising rates in the United States.
The corporate reporting calendar will be almost empty this week.
Fundamental factors affecting the market centered around the Brexit negotiations. A new factor of uncertainty is the trade relations between the US and China, which, after the G20 summit, can either be smoothed out or escalated. (Anton Hanzenko)
