The US dollar strengthens its position against the basket of currencies, receiving support from more positive data for the construction sector, rather than expected. According to the data, the number of building permits in November was 1.298M, while analysts were expecting data at 1.25M. The volume of construction of new houses was 1.297M, which exceeds the forecast at 1.201M.

Technical analysis: Based on this statistics, the pair USD/JPY regains positions. One should consider the main resistance levels at the marks 112.95; 113.20; the support levels at the marks 112.30; 112.10.
