Analysis of the American trading session

During the American session on Friday, 02/02/2018, the US dollar strengthened its positions against most of the major currencies of the market. Support for the US currency was provided by strong data on the labor market, which exceeded the forecast of analysts. For more information, see “The US dollar received support – NFP data.”

Later, the US dollar lost some positions earned against the basket of currencies , which was caused by technical factors and partial fixation of profits on long positions of the US dollar.
