An analysis of the previous day

On Thursday, October 26, the US dollar strengthened its positions against its main competitors. It played back positions at the beginning of the day based on the resume of optimism to the American. The main strengthening of the US dollar was due to the weakness of the single currency, which was under pressure from the ECB’s soft policy.

Because of a general decline in the euro, investors resumed purchases of the US currency. This also caused an increase in optimism in the stock markets. With the positive opening of the stock indices in the Asia-Pacific region, one should expect further strengthening of the American throughout the entire spectrum of the market. Especially regarding the assets of a safe harbor.

Regarding the euro and European currencies, the US dollar remains overbought, but based on the recent data by ECB retains the potential to strengthen.
