Market players will also be interested in the report on business activity in the manufacturing sector of China adue to the recent signals about the continued positive growth dynamics of the second world economy.
The attention of the energy markets will be riveted to the long-awaited OPEC meeting. Market players are wondering whether the main oil producers will be able to extend the existing agreement to reduce production.

- Speeches of officials of the Federal Reserve: Fed Chairman Jerome Powell will hold a speech in front of the Senate Banking Committee at 16:45 on Tuesday.
