Negotiations between Trump and Putin!

Today, the first meeting between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin will take place.
None of the parties predicted that as a result of the summit, there will be a breakthrough, given the current tension in diplomatic relations between the US and Russia, which has caused the decline in confidence between countries to the lowest level since the Cold War.
Political analysts predict that Putin will try to convince Trump of the need to mitigate the sanctions imposed by the situation in Ukraine. However, Trump said that he will try to put pressure on Putin on all issues, from interference in the elections in the US in 2016 and ending with the war in Syria.
On Friday, some US congressmen called on Trump to cancel the summit with Putin after special adviser Robert Muller accused 12 Russians of interfering with the presidential campaign in 2016.
The leaders of the European countries will monitor closely the results of these negotiations, especially after last week Trump called Germany a dependent on Russia at the NATO summit. Trump’s statement was connected with the construction of a new gas pipeline from Russia to Germany. (Investing.com)
